Orders placed through the website are done so using a secure payment process. Our servers feature industry standard SSL encryption. Please allow a week for order processing once you have placed your order. Orders will ship Monday - Friday.
Customers must be 18 years of age to order products from xssights.com. It is the customer's responsibility to know their local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of these products.
No drop shipments, no exports, no foreign sales, no shipments to freight forwarders, no Non-US issued credit cards. Given the classification of XS Sights, APOs, FPOs, and US Possessions are all considered exports.
Express or expedited orders placed on our website before 1 pm central will ship same day on business days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). Express or expedited orders placed after 1 pm central will ship the following business day. Express orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business day.
Domestic (US) Shipping
XS Sight Systems, Inc. Ships all packages using USPS or FedEx based on the shipping method that the customer specifies. Customers have the ability to select the shipping method for their order, based on the order weight and shipment destination.
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once their package has shipped. This email will contain the shipment tracking/delivery confirmation number (if available).
Customers may customize their FedEx delivery via the FedEx Delivery Manager.

This website displays current and accurate inventory status. Products listed as in stock are available to ship immediately. Customers are able to place orders for backordered products by calling into our customer service line (888)-744-4880.
XS will accept returns on uninstalled and new products (no Bargain Bin items) purchased directly from XS within 6 months for tritium items and 1 year for non-tritium items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. XS will pay for return shipping only if an item is defective or the wrong item is sent; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the customer decides they no longer want the item. Purchases of XS products from our distribution channel cannot be returned to XS for refund.
