Glock 30 Sight Options
Upgrade your Glock 30 with our premium tritium night sights. We tailor sight pictures to your specific needs, from brightness, sight acquisition speed, or vision issues. R3D sights are traditional 3-Dot tritium, notch and post sights, DXT2s are our flagship express sights built for fast sight acquisition, and our F8 sights blend R3D and DXT2 sight pictures.
About the Glock 30
For shooters wanting a subcompact Glock in .45 ACP, the Glock 30 fits the bill. Seven inches long, five inches tall, but carrying 10 rounds in the double stacked, flush fitting magazine, the G30 gives shooters a potent .45 ACP pistol in a small, easy to conceal package that can take the 13 round magazines from the G20. It is an excellent backup gun for officers who chose to carry the G21.
Glock Generation Compatibility
All XS Glock night sights are compatible with every generation, including the Modular Optic System (MOS). Don’t get sucked into the Gen 5 compatible sight or MOS sight overhang forums. Our sights have been tested on numerous generations for the past 25-years. Our minimalistic glock sight designs have always shied away from big overhangs, saving us from launching a MOS-specific set due to the dovetail movement.
Glock Sight Installation
Are you looking at installing the sights yourself? Don’t worry; they are one of the easiest sets to install. Most of our rear sights can be installed by a sight pusher tool or the old hammer and punch method. Most of our Glock sights ship with a Glock front sight tool and red Vibra-Tite thread locker.
Each product page has detailed instructions per installation method, and you can also check out our Glock DIY install blog for some crafty ways to install sights if you don’t want to invest in a sight pusher tool or own a vise. We have expert gunsmiths on staff that can walk you through the process.
