Big Dot and Standard Dot Night Sights are defensive tritium sights designed to enhance your defense gun. The sights use a proprietary photoluminescent Glow Dot that absorbs ambient light and glows in low light. The convex dot's additional surface area increases light absorption, intensifying the charge of the Glow Dot. Designed to be large and highly visible, these sights help solve many issues, from aging eyes to deteriorating vision. We've found that the orange front tends to be most visible in daylight settings and that yellow glows brighter in low light, while green is an excellent option for low light and has a very bright glow intensity. XS Tritium Night sights are big, bright, and easy to see day or night!
The sights are CNC machined from solid steel bar stock by our in-house machine shop. We design, machine, and insert our tritium to produce the highest quality possible and provide American Made products. We are a small, second-generation family-owned business based in Fort Worth, TX, and our customers are family.
We live, eat, and breathe guns. We offer easy DIY instructions, a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, and stand behind a 10-Year No Questions Asked Warranty on all our sights. If you break your sight training, we want to hear about it. If you damage your sight installing it, give us a call, and we will get a new one mailed out after a friendly lecture from one of our gunsmiths. If you have color vision issues and can't see the front dot, call us, and we will get another color shipped out. (Over 5% of the population has color blindness to a degree!) Either way, our products are built to take a beating, and we have your back if anything happens.

S&W J Frame (Fixed Rear): Pin Hole Must Be Drilled. View Written Installation Instructions.
S&W J Frame Integral Front (fixed rear): Installation for the J-Frame with an integral front requires a gunsmith to mill away most of the existing front sight ramp. Any two-part epoxy, like JB Weld, then affixes the Big Dot onto the existing stub. View Written Installation Instructions.
S&W Bodyguard 38: Installation requires drilling hole(s) in sight, might require filing to fit sight to frame. View Written Installation Instructions.

I am able to get on target faster and can keep both eyes open better.
Installed very easily in 15 minutes with #54 cobalt drill bit and 1/6 x 1/4 roll pin. Was concerned that the big dot would overwhelm the little J frame, but it worked out well. Either big dot or regular dot will more than satisfy most shooters.
It was a big improvement, and I would recommend it.
