XS Sights F8 Night Sights for FN handguns have been specifically designed to cater to the needs of FN 509 pistol owners. These sights offer an exceptional sight picture and increased front sight focus, enabling fast and precise sight acquisition. With a large, high-contrast front post and a wide-notch rear sight, the F8’s enhance visibility of the front post even in poor lighting conditions, ensuring shooters can maintain their target focus.
One of the key features of the F8’s is the incorporation of a tritium front sight, which is equipped with our proprietary photoluminescent orange Glow Dot. This Glow Dot effectively absorbs ambient light and emits a luminous glow in low-light situations. This feature guarantees that the front sight remains highly visible, even in complete darkness, providing shooters with the confidence and accuracy they need in challenging environments.
These night sights for FN 509’s employ a figure-8, 2-Dot alignment system that simplifies the rear sight, drawing the shooter's attention to the front sight for precise indexing. Additionally, the F8 Night sights are taller than most traditional sights available on the market.
